Our first time staying in a Super 8 room and I must say I was very pleased clean rooms, cold ac, swimming pool,very comfortable we felt very safe in our room free Breakfast We will definitely recommend to all our family and friends
I typically try and get a room right next to or facing the pool. Is very clean very tidy. There are several employees every morning when I check out that are sweeping the parking lots the walkways and all those common areas early in the morning.
Decent hotel for price. Staff was pleasant. They provided cereal and some pastries for breakfast. 4/5 stars due to overwhelmingly strong pine cleaner smell in room and German roaches found in bathroom. Shower curtain rod in our room was also tilted so it wouldn’t stay closed causing water to splash out.
The beds were good, especially for this quality of a hotel, which is budget. Additionally, we had no road noise which was good being close to a freeway. I rated 4 stars due to a non-smoking room costing an additional $15. I did not see that when I booked the room, so I was surprised. I understand a higher charge for a smoking room as there is additional cleaning necessary, but I have not run into the additional charge for a non -smoking room. This may be standard for budget hotels, I don't know, it's just new to me. The room was clean and large, so plenty of room in a double for my son and I. Breakfast also was minimal, yogurt, cereal, etc, but again I expect normal for a budget hotel. In all, if I was staying for a night or two again, this facility was fine, and I would recommend it.
It was a pretty nice little stay . I needed a break good channels on the TV free Internet, and hot shower no complaints. Everything was clean.
If you're in New Braunfels and need to stay I recommend this Super 8. It by far exceeded my expectations. Good value for the price paid. They also allow pets to stay in the rooms with family with a small added cost. The area was quiet and peaceful. The rooms were clean and looked really good. I will defiantly be booking reservations at this location the next time I'm in the beautiful city of New Braunfels.
Rooms are clean and neat with very well furnished.. very very reasonable prices going by weekly plan.. Super Good Customer Service.. They took care of all my needs 24/7 . I Highly recommend this motel..
The issues i had with the room i didnt give them a chance to fix while i waa there, i didnt want a fridge my phone works and the sticky floor i put a towel down. Beds were soft but the pillow crinked my neck. They take service animals. Showed up with ten minutes left of breakfast, no coffee no hot food. Nine helped me with my reservation she did great.
